Ⅰ- Pre-order launch / 3, 2, 1, GO!

Items are on pre-order to avoid overproduction. It is your turn to play, and as you are on top of the help for a better fashion, all pre-order items give you a 15% discount bonus!

Ⅱ- End of pre-order time / Time out !

The pre-order time frame is over. Thanks to you, Dialogue's items will come to life, and manufacturers will start their fabrication.

Ⅲ- Production / tick-tock...

Thanks to our fashion magicians, your favorite pieces are in the process of creation. The production time depends on each manufacturer and the product. It can take between 1 and 2 months.

Ⅳ- Delivery / Yeeeaah

As you already quietly waited, we do not lose a minute. As soon as we receive the articles newly produced, we immediately send them to you.

DELIVERY

.

Within European Union:  :
Deliveries to countries inside the European Union are managed by our affiliate courier Colissimo. You can choose home delivery, a signature will be required, or delivery at the Pick-up location of your choice.
Delivery fees for Metropolitan France are €8 for a delivery at home and €6 for delivery at a pick-up point. Delivery fees for countries inside the European Union (excluded France) and France overseas are €10 for a delivery at home and €8 for delivery at a pick-up point.
Shipping for orders over €300 within European Union is free of charge.
Once the order is shipped, delivery time for orders sent in Metropolitan France is 2-3 business days, for all orders sent in Europe (excl.France) and France overseas, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Outside European Union: :
Shipments sent outside the European Union are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL and FedEx. Delivery fees are €20, free of charge for orders over €500. Once the order is shipped, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

.

Because mistakes happen everywhere, returns & exchanges are accepted and free of charge at Dialogue. You have 30 days to change your mind from the day you receive your order.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size (subject to availability in stock). For your return, please contact our team and we will provide you with a return label. In case of an exchange, the exchange will be sent once we receive your return. 

PAYMENT
.

Payments, as well as refunds, are invoiced in Euro (EUR).


You can pay with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or via PayPal. You may choose to pay in 4 installments, free of charge, via your PayPal account by selecting the option in the application.


You can cancel an order as long as it is not shipped, you only have to contact our team.

DUTIES & TAXES

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped within the European Union. The items’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped within the European Union. In case of shipments that are made to non-European countries, no VAT is charged. As soon as the items arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be invoiced by our logistics partner DHL or FedEx. By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective items. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.

Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs that were charged to the recipient by DHL or FedEx by order of the customs office cannot be refunded by Dialogue, even if these items are returned.
